Fan Tables

Behind the Fan Tables you will find representatives from future SF conventions, bids for upcoming conventions, and various other SF clubs and organizations. These groups will be handing out literature, selling memberships, promoting their organizations, answering questions, and sometimes selling small items such as t-shirts and pins. To reserve a Fan Table, contact Becky Thomson at fantables@conjose.org

Tables are 8 feet wide, covered but not skirted, with two chairs each. With rare exceptions, a group may reserve only one table. ConJosé reserves the right to refuse a table to any group that will use it for commercial activities or for other purposes not related to the activities of Worldcon. Requests for tables should be made as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to consider those received after August 15, 2002.
