Hotel booking through the Housing Office is now closed. To change an existing reservation, or to make a new reservation, please contact the hotels directly. Please be sure to mention "ConJosé", otherwise you will not get our special rates.

If you are booking a room on the Fairmont, please indicate "party", "non-party" or "no preference" so that you can be put in the appropriate area of the hotel.

Please note that, due to the current proximity in time to the convention, there may not be rooms available for the dates you choose.

People wishing to hold a party at ConJosé should read the party information before making their reservations. Unfortunately the deadline for booking a party suite has passed and the waiting list is a yard long, but you can hold a party in a regular room (again, read the party information first).
