Kaffeklatches

KaffeeKlatsches are small intimate get-togethers, for nine fans and one Guest, to gather around a table for an hour and chat informally. You must signup in advance to attend a Klatsch. The Sign-Up Book will be located at the Convention Information Desk. It is not possible to signup before the convention because of the logistical nightmare we have seen the one time it was tried.

The KaffeeKlatsch Book will open at noon on Thursday, August 29, 2002, at the Information Desk next to Registration. You may sign up for no more than three KaffeeKlatsches at a time before moving back to the end of the line.

If you signup for a Klatsch, and later realize that you will not be able to attend, please return to the Information Desk and remove your name from the Klatsch book. Other people would probably be delighted to take your place.

KaffeeKlatsches are being held at the Hilton Hotel in Almaden Ballrooms I and II. Please do not just show up at the Hilton expecting to be able to attend a Klatsch. Relax and enjoy yourself, this will be a rare opportunity to spend quality time with your favorite program participant.
