We have two publications still to come out that we will accept ads in. These are the Hugo Awards Program Book and the Program/Souvenir Book. If you would like to place an ad in any of these, the deadline for ad reservations will be July 15 with a July 30 deadline for the delivery of the ad artwork to us.

We are also requesting artwork submissions for the program book. If you’d like to submit something, you may contact us at pubs@conjose.org or, if you are unable to send the file electronically, through the convention’s PO Box.

This is the ad rate chart for the Program/Souvenir Book. Rates are in US dollars, and may be subject to change. If you have any questions about rates not shown here, please let us know. (Note: we have written a short explanation as to what the qualifications are for each ad rate. You can view it here.)

Full page are sized at 8.5" x 11". Half pages may be either 8.5" x 5.5" or 4.25" x 11". Quarter pages are 4.25" x 5.5".

We will only be accepting professional ads in theHugo Awards Program Book at the following rates:

For this book, the pages sizes are: Full Page - 5.5" x 8.5"; 1/2 Page - 5.5" x 4.25" or 2.75" x 8.5"; Business Card - 3.5" x 2".

We prefer to accept artwork in TIFF, PNG or EPS format but can handle PDF as a last resort. Please only submit a PDF if you are completely unable to provide one of the other formats. We have had many problems with PDFs and prefer not to deal with them if possible. We do not accept word processor files for any submissions.

Black & White line art is preferred. Files can be accepted as attachments in either ZIP or SIT compressions. We are happy to accept any size of artwork you want to send us, with the understanding that we may have to resize it to fit the area you have booked.

For hardcopy please ensure that the image is no more than 8.5"x11" (US letter paper). No originals please, as we will be unable to return them (though they will be available for pickup at the newsletter office if requested in advance).
