Publications FAQ

I was a supporting member of ConJosé, or an attending member who did not
attend the convention. Are you going to send me my membership material?
-
All supporting and attending members who did not attend will receive the generally distributed convention publications, including the Souvenir Book, Pocket Program, Restaurant Guide, and Membership Badge. We plan to complete this mailing sometime before the end of August 2003. We will publish an announcement in our Press Releases section when we do this mailing. If you're reading this after Torcon 3, haven't received a package, and think we should have sent you one, write to info@conjose.org and we'll investigate. We initially expected to do this mailing earlier this year, but have encountered database and logistics issues that have delayed the mailing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I am not getting anything from you, what is going on? - All of our publications are available online. If there is something there that you haven't received we may have the wrong address for you. For a list of people whose mail is being returned to us click here.

When will you be publishing details of xxxxx? - A proposed schedule of our Progress Reports and their contents is available here.

Several people in my household are members, do you really need to send us each a copy of the publications? - No, we don't. Some people like us to, but if you would like to be so kind as to save us money by having a joint mailing please email us at reg@conjose.org giving details of which members do not need copies of the publications.

My convention/club/business would like to advertise in your publications, what are your rates? - Thank you! Our ad rates are available by clicking here. Please email us at fanads@conjose.org if you need clarification on something.

I am a fan artist, would you like some filler illos from me? - Yes please! Write to pubs@conjose.org and let us know what you have to offer.

I can't attend the con, but I would love to get your program book, can I do so? - A supporting membership of ConJosé entitles you to all of our major publications plus voting rights in the Hugo Awards and site selection. For our membership rates and more details click here.
