PROFESSIONAL RELEASES

George Turner's Genetic Soldier  is due from Avonova in July. Sean
McMullen's Voices in the Night  from Aphelion—to be launched at
Constantinople—is Book One of Great Winter. Permutation City,  Greg
Egan's new one from Millenium is due for release in the U.K. in
April. It should reach here in July/August. The February '94 issue of
Tomorrow  features two Australian stories:—part one of "Dance to the
Sun" by William Esrac and "Bagataway" by Mustafa Zahirovic (A
Melbourne writer, according to the editorial blurb)

OOPS!!!
In the week after Constantinople announced that Colin Baker would no
longer be attending the convention, Channel Two ran voice overs after
their early morning screenings of Dr Who, announcing that he was
going to be at the convention.

IN THE MEDIA
Lost in Space's Jonathan Harris appeared on Hinch, TVTV, Hey Hey It's
Saturday (Was Lewis Morley in the robot?) and in the Herald Sun
11/3/94. The  article also plugged the up-coming Voyager convention.
Terry Dowling reviews George Turner's The Destiny Makers  among other
books in  The Weekend Australian  12/13 March 1994.
