The FairmontThe Fairmont San José is our headquarters and party hotel. The Fairmont is the only hotel where we have negotiated a corkage waiver. We will also have evening events in The Fairmont, along with filking. We have 750 deluxe rooms blocked for ConJosé. Rooms at The Fairmont are $129 per night single/double, $149 per night triple/quad. For suite rates click here. All rates listed are subject to the City of San José's Occupancy tax, currently at 10%.

Getting to the FairmontThe Fairmont is situated on the Plaza De Cesar Chavez across the road from The Tech. It is just a short walk (past Quetzalcoatl) from the McEnery Convention Center.

The Fairmont FountainsIn hot weather the fountains outside the Fairmont are very useful.


Fairmont extension - March 2001Fairmont extension - July 2001An extension to the Fairmont has been built and opened on February 1st 2002. We have provided some pictures of the building work in progress.
The Grill on the AlleyThe Grill on the Alley is one of three restaurants in the Fairmont. It is a New York-style grill.
